Design Plus has specialized experience in the renovation and upgrading of existing commercial facilities for multiple purposes.  This includes consideration for building status, such as historic registration, location in the community, and surrounding area esthetics.  Some projects included additions and/or modifications to the building exterior and structure.  Projects generally include programming, space planning, architecture, interior design, and selected engineering.
