UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON MEDICAL CENTER
Chiller Building – 12,700 SF – Architecture and Engineering renovation of empty emergency generator building to accommodate new chiller and cooling tower systems for service to the entire hospital.

SWEDISH MEDICAL CENTER / BALLARD
Transitional Care Unit (TCU) and Rehab Unit – 20,000 SF  Programming, Space Planning, Architecture, Interior Design, and Engineering for total 4th floor renovation to building shell including all systems, materials, and services.

Monte Cristo Hall Renovation  - 22,000 SF  Space Planning, Interior Design, and Architecture for remodel of existing two story building for classrooms, offices, and lecture hall. energy, plumbing, and electrical upgrades ; and ADA compliance.

Glacier Hall Remodel - 10,600 SF   Space Planning, Interior Design, and Architecture for remodel to upgrade building for computer lab, design and painting studios; energy, plumbing, and electrical upgrades; and ADA compliance.

400 Yesler Building - 143,000 SF  Programming,  Space Planning, Architectural Tenant Planning, and Interior Design for consolidation of City Departments into one building.

SEATTLE CENTRAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE
Broadway Edison Buildings -44,000 SF  Programming, Space Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design remodeling projects in  the Broadway Edison Buildings.

KRAMER CHIN & MAYO -Historic Building Renovation
Alaska Building and  Butterworth Building 18,000 SF  Programming, Space Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design remodeling project to reconfigure design offices.

Cafeteria - 7,500 SF  Renovation project requiring Space Planning, Interior Design, Color/Materials selection and specifications for remodel of servery and dining areas.
